Management system for means of payment" in UK Tatneft Neftekhim LLC

Need for carrying out the project was caused by the increased labor input of procedures of decision making under approval, a statement and distribution of means of payment connected with insufficiency of information because of technical restrictions of the existing system on management of means of payment and a zatrudnennost of its adaptation owing to the closed solution architecture.

In this regard, the company management set the object - to automate processes of management of means of payment on the basis of management of contractual commitments, to provide automatic verification of obligations on planned contractual limits for the purpose of prevention of inefficient expenditure of means of payment.

As a result of a research of the market of solutions for setting and automation of management systems for means of payment, as a potential product INTALEV was considered ": Corporate management", provided by the Volga office INTALEV Group. Based on the meetings including demonstration of this product on set of indicators the solution of group of companies "INTALEV was selected>.

For achievement of an effective objective, during the project the following tasks were solved:

• 1. The Management system for in cash of a petrochemical complex of JSC Tatneft according to requirements of the Customer is developed and implemented.
• 2. In a system the tool kit for management of means of payment of a petrochemical complex of JSC Tatneft on the basis of management of contractual commitments is implemented.
• 3. Business processes of approval of the register and planning of BDPS for a month are automated.
• 4. Control of performance of agreements and obligations regarding means of payment is provided.
• 5. Sufficient level of the plan-fact reporting under movements of means of payment is implemented.
• 6. Integration of SUPS with a contract management system and the accounting systems of the enterprises is carried out.
• 7. The opportunity for work with systems bank client is provided.
• 8. System user training is provided.

The project on development and deployment of functional unit "A management system for means of payment" in UK Tatneft Neftekhim LLC company started in June, 2009, in July, 2010 is launched in commercial operation. During implementation the approved durations of stages and the budget were observed.

At present a system is in commercial operation. Maintenance of users of a petrochemical complex of JSC Tatneft is conducted by forces of specialists of the Customer.
