Measure (Intalev: Corporate management)

In April, 2010 in MERA company the project on automation of budget management, document flow and management accounting based on the solution of INTALEV group starts.

By estimates of specialists of MERA company, the need for project implementation arose due to the need of creation of a single automated system for conducting budgeting and management accounting, generation and control of accounts and also for data integration, being in different information bases for the purpose of reduction of manual work and performance improvement of the company.

For the solution of these tasks specialists of the company selected the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" - the universal program and methodical complex of the class ERP intended for optimization and process automation of enterprise management. Long-term experience INTALEV in the field of development of methodology of management, development and deployment of business applications implemented more than in one hundred consulting projects in this sphere guarantees the most effective use of resources of the company.

Dmitriyeva Irina, the Head of Department of consulting of the Volga representative office of INTALEV Group is appointed the general project manager.

"It is interesting to undertake this project, - Irina notes. - First, because we already did the project in the similar company and now we can consider practices which are already tested by time and also to add an innovation. Secondly, "MEASURE" is the company with project specifics of work, and it demands from us entering into classical budgeting of elements of project management. Thirdly, the additional tasks for problem solving of document flow and integration with the different systems existing in the company are set for us. Works are already begun, we wait for the first results".

The project will be executed on GROWTH technology – the unique development INTALEV guaranteeing achievement of the planned result in most short time. The termination of the last stage of the project is appointed to July, 2010.
