The pharmaceutical company Medisorb has implemented the distance learning system iSpring Learn. The digitalization of training processes allowed the company to halve the time to adapt new employees, reduce turnover during the probationary period by 3% and automate control over compliance with strict industry standards such as GMP. ISpring Solutions announced this on November 26, 2025.
Previously, corporate training at Medisorb was carried out in full-time format, which created difficulties with scaling up to more than 500 employees, coordinating schedules and maintaining documentation. The transfer of training to the iSpring Learn platform solved these problems, allowing you to move to a hybrid format: theory is studied online, and practice is practiced with a mentor.
When choosing a platform, Medisorb was guided by the positive experience of colleagues and the optimal price and functionality ratio. An important factor was the opportunity to train their own team to develop courses at the iSpring Academy.
The implementation of the LMS iSpring Learn began with the creation of a training trajectory for new employees. Online pilot courses were tested in the presence of a trainer and refined with feedback in mind. Medisorb has thought out a separate system for involving employees in the training process: the company's leaders were introduced to the system through an introductory course, the platform is actively filled with materials for advanced training of existing employees, many courses are held in a hybrid format.
As of November 2025, the Medicorb library includes mandatory courses on GMP standards, occupational health and pharmacovigilance. The content is created by two full-time methodologists who have trained at the iSpring Academy. To automate training, the company actively uses iSpring Learn functions such as training trajectories, training reports, analysis of test responses, 360 score, course catalog and others.
The introduction of iSpring Learn has already yielded measurable business results. The turnover rate of personnel decreased, the formation of a centralized digital knowledge base began to preserve expertise and transfer experience to new employees.
| In the pharmaceutical industry, compliance with standards is critical, personnel training is regulated and monitored by regulatory authorities. Before the introduction of LMS, our control was carried out by classical methods: full-time training, paper documentation, manual planning - a lot of working time and a large amount of paper were spent on the entire process. The transition to the online format made the process convenient, comfortable and economical, and the involvement of employees immediately increased. We plan to continue to increase the knowledge base, add game elements in the form of ratings and quizzes.
