2025: Transition to Yandex 360 online office
The MEGA shopping center network reduced the cost of IT collaboration products by more than 70% and increased the speed of business communications, transferring over 1000 employees from Microsoft and other vendors to the Yandex 360 online office. Now the company uses an ecosystem of services - from Mail and Disk to corporate Messenger - for secure team interaction. MEGA announced this on August 26, 2025.
{{quote 'Since April 2025, the MEGI team has been using Yandex 360 virtual office services. The Russian ecosystem guarantees the safety and independence of business processes from external circumstances. Another significant quality - the company now does not spend money on foreign licenses. Thanks to the system, we will reduce the total amount of IT costs by almost 5%, as well as increase the efficiency of managing the development of our shopping centers, "said Liubov Popova, CEO of the MEGA shopping center network. }}
When a thousand people work in a single digital environment, everyone wins: decisions are made faster, information is available without unnecessary barriers, and communications remain safe. The experience of MEGI confirms that combining processes in one ecosystem helps to increase not only the efficiency of collaboration, but also business as a whole, - said Roman Korolev, Commercial Director of Yandex 360. |
The decision to choose a Yandex 360 virtual office was made based on the results of testing similar products from other vendors. Active technical support of Yandex 360 specialists made it possible to make a transition to a new ecosystem for MEGI without failures. Today, collaboration tools, including: corporate mail, Messenger, cloud storage Disk, document and table editor, Vicky's corporate knowledge base, project management service, Tracker Teleconference video meetings and others, are used by employees of a network of shopping centers in 11 cities where the company operates.
