The laboratory of the higher geometry of the mekhmat Lomonosov Moscow State University gives service of IT resources on outsourcing

The "Geometrical Methods of Mathematical Physics" laboratory of Mekhmat transferred to MSU Softline companies to outsourcing technical support of IT infrastructure, the press service of the contractor reported on March 4, 2013.

Goals and Objectives

Developing and improving modern base for effective training of highly qualified personnel, Mekhmat's IT specialists of MSU opened a task of creation of Wednesday for carrying out training, calculations of mathematical models and projects, video surveillance systems in laboratory of geometrical methods of mathematical physics.

Solution

Specialists of Softline company provided delivery of the necessary software and the equipment, installation and setup, connection of necessary cables, installation of the structured cabling system (SCS).

Engineers of Softline carried out diagnostics, setup of parameters and testing of jobs. In the time set by the customer mounting works of a local network, to setup of network infrastructure, creation of the portal based on DeskWork, the organization of the protected Wi-fi network, a video surveillance system and an interactive board of front projection of SMART Board are implemented.

Execution of works is carried out by skilled staff that is confirmed by certificates.

Lomonosov noted.
