Millennium Bank (Diasoft FA Balance)

On August 11, 2011 in Millenium Bank (Ltd) trial operation of solution modules of Diasoft FA Balance began. During the project such directions of business activities as material accounting (fixed asset accounting, intangible assets and an inventory control), maintaining economic agreements, settlings with advance holders (six jobs) and also bank branch in St. Petersburg online were automated.

The bank repeatedly returned to the question of automation of economic transactions based on an end-to-end system of Diasoft FA Balance. As a result, having weighed all pros and cons, specialists of Bank made the decision for benefit of the software product of Diasoft company.

Installation of a system demanded serious efforts from accountant officers: many data had to be entered manually. Thanks to the high involvement and harmonious work of a project team an implementation time of modules was observed.

Use of the Diasoft FA Balance tools will allow not only to arrange business processes of Bank, but also to considerably reduce labor input of transactions.

In plans of further development of cooperation of the organizations – automation of personnel records and payroll within the solution Diasoft FA Balance.
