The annual report of Sverdlovsk region will be created on "Svod-WEB"

In Sverdlovsk region upgrade of a system of collecting of accounting and budget records using Internet technology of Keysystems company is carried out to the Svod-WEB PC.

At the first stage of the project implemented by the Ministry of Finance of Sverdlovsk region financial bodies, the main managers and about 1000 regional organizations are connected to the uniform regional database. In further plans of the ministry to cover all municipal authorities and to connect to a system up to 5600 public and municipal authorities of area which are in the territory of 73 municipal entities (city districts and municipal districts). On implementation scale this project will become one of the largest regional projects on informatization of regional financial systems.

Before collecting of the annual report for 2011 there is not enough time, nevertheless the next set of the annual consolidated forms will form already in the Svod-WEB PC. Such operational project deadlines are caused by topology of the implemented project (single database), the fulfilled procedures of collecting, the analysis and consolidation of accounting and budget records for all levels of budget process and also simplicity and ease of training of work in a software package.
