The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation creates federal network of monitoring of vehicles for needs of Interior Ministry Troops

DEPO Computers and SOKB "Vector" created federal network of monitoring of vehicles for needs of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, reported the press services of the companies on July 12, 2013.

Execution

During the project in all regions of Russia more than 200 dispatching centers developed are implemented DEPO Computers and SOKB "Vector". The main destination of federal network of monitoring of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation the automated control of a location and technical condition of office transport using navigation satellite systems GLONASS/GPS.

For July 12, 2013 are brought into operation of 208 dispatching centers making a single network with centralized operation. Quantity of objects of monitoring – more than 1500 units of vehicles.

Result

Implementation of network of monitoring helped to increase the speed of interaction of divisions of internal troops. A part of duties of staff is transferred to the dispatching centers and transferred to the automatic mode. For example, less sessions of a radio communication of communication between crew and command are required now. The control system of a dispatcher station registers a deviation of controlled parameters from permissible values and if necessary gives the abnormal report on the basis of which the manager makes the decision on prompt actions on elimination of a problem.
