MTS will develop the open modular platform for partners

On August 17, 2018 there was information that the Mobile TeleSystems company (MTS) in cooperation with Amdocs works on creation of open building block solution of Partner Relationship Management (PRM). The product is designed to optimize integration of partners of MTS at the principles of self-service in creation and management partner and independent content and IoT-projects. Further MTS is going to connect partners in other business directions of the company.

As envisioned by the telecom company, the PRM solution will reduce "manual" processes and costs due to automation and implementation of more operational mechanisms of settlings with partners and also management, control and tariffing of services for clients of MTS.

In particular, the functionality of the platform should allow numerous partners of MTS to control independently in real time consumption of services, to analyze preferences of consumers, to automatically make out bills, to include and turn off services. Finally, all this will promote quality improvement of customer service and a feedback with them, will help to create new products and to optimize the existing offers and also will increase efficiency of implementation of affiliate programs, are convinced of MTS.

The project already started. The IT command of MTS is engaged in implementation of the project, reported in the press service of operator. The first stage of the project is studied together with the Amdocs command. It is going to complete the project until the end of 2019.

One of key tasks is acquisition of competences on the implemented system an IT command of MTS. On the next stages of the project work will be carried out by own resources of MTS with the minimum consultations of Amdocs, ― the representative of operator explained.
