In the Moscow Brewery the module of monitoring of a geographic information system GIS OPTIMUM for control of work of sales representatives is implemented.
Background
The automation system of mobile trade of OPTIMUM of ASUMT developed by CDC Group is used in the Moscow Brewery since the end of 2009. In 2011 the company management made the decision to strengthen control over work of mobile personnel and to add to OPTIMUM of ASUMT the module of monitoring of a geographic information system GIS OPTIMUM.
Solution
Thanks to existence in mobile terminals of sales representatives of the built-in GPS receivers, the additional hardware was not necessary to buy the companies.
Result
Now coordinates of location of sales agents are determined by signals of the GPS satellites and with a certain interval are transmitted through the mobile Internet on the server. In real time the location and routes of movement of sales representatives are displayed on the electronic card in computers of supervisors.
