On November 05, 2014 Softline announces end of a pilot project on implementation of a cloud service of Microsoft Lync Online as parts of Virtual office at one of the Mostransavto enterprises.
Goals and Objectives
For the purpose of quality improvement and efficiency of interaction of employees it was necessary to find an optimal solution which will allow to carry out audio-and video conferences, to organize the operational meetings between heads of divisions, to exchange documents online. The selected system also had to support a possibility of use on mobile devices.
Choosing a Solution
Specialists of Softline suggested to implement Lync Online – the cloud service allowing to use all advantages of the environment of the joint communications. It provides mobility and convenience of using at small operating costs.
Project Progress
To estimate opportunities and functionality of proposed solution, specialists of Softline organized demonstration of a system for the customer. It was in addition offered the range of services including technical support, training of IT specialists of the customer in administration of a system, demonstration of work of new service for the staff of the company (end users) and also an implementation service and setup of this solution.
Result
The project was implemented as pilot in Motorcade No. 1788 branch. Engineers of Softline in the shortest possible time performed works on installation of the solution and all necessary accesses for work in a system are provided.

At the expense of a technical support service we had an opportunity to readdress to specialists of Softline the questions requiring highly specialized knowledge and to redistribute the IT resources on other tasks.
