A significant amount of legal work is routine: the compilation and verification of standard documents, the subsequent submission of documents to the court.

ROBIN faced the following tasks:

• Automate claims processes for prompt settlement of contract disputes and submission of claims to the court. It was necessary to implement an RPA platform with OCR character recognition technology and deploy software robots.
• Software robots must not only perform a given set of operations, but also select one of several process scenarios, determining it by various factors: input values ​ ​ or by initiating events.
• Develop a robotization software package "Working with packages of documents when preparing a claim for recovery of the cost of recalculation with a network organization."

To solve these problems, several projects were developed, as a result of which:

• Saving thousands of man-hours of labor costs for employees of legal divisions of the company;
• Claims and claims work is faster;
• No more manual drafting and filing errors;
• Robots perform 100-150 tasks per month instead of employees;
• The robot spends about 30 minutes processing and recognizing one package of documents, while a person works with one package for about 3 hours;
• Time savings of about 160-200 hours per month (previously about 20 employees were involved in the process).
