The telecommunication Motive group starts system implementation of automation of interoperator calculations on the basis of billing

The Petter Service company will deliver the solution for settlement to the Ural telecom operator of MOTIV, the press service of the supplier reported on October 30, 2012.

Due to the increase in number of interoperator settlement and also need of the centralized support and unification of business processes the MOTIV company had a need for the universal solution for effective work with telecom operators on accounting of traffic and settlement for its admission.

Petter Service company, the leading Russian supplier of OSS/BSS of solutions for the telecommunication market, and the MOTIV company, one of the leading telecommunication companies of the Ural Federal District, signed the delivery contract of the solution for operator settlement - PETER-SERVICE ITC.

According to the results of the announced tender the MOTIV company stopped the choice on the PETER-SERVICE ITC system.

Plans and components

The specialized product LCR (Least Cost Routing) - the module of optimal routing of traffic providing the smallest cost of telephone connection and increase in own efficiency of the operator will be a part of deliverable PETER-SERVICE ITC. One of advantages of LCR technology is an opportunity to considerably cut down expenses of the company on the outbound telephone traffic.

Works on implementation and setup of a system are going to be completed at the beginning of the next year.
