2025: Agreement on the creation of an integrated system for training BIM specialists
NGASU (Sibstrin), ASCON and Sibproektniiaviaprom will build a comprehensive system for training BIM specialists. ASCON announced this on August 28, 2025.
The agreement was signed by the rector of NGASU Yuri Skolubovich, the general director of Sibproektniiaviaprom JSC Igor Bochkarev and the director of strategic marketing in machine building ASCON Pavel Shcherbinin.
With the active participation of ASCON and Renga Softwarerussian information modeling software (BIM/TIM) will be integrated into Sibstrin's training process in all construction specialties. The requirements for digital competencies of specialists will be formed by Sibproektniiaviaprom, one of the employers in the construction complex of the region.
Students will begin to study BIM modeling from the first year, and graduation qualification work will be performed in digital format - from the issuance of an assignment to approval and placement in the archive for verification.
The agreement also provides for the opening at the university of a competence center for the ASKON BIM solution, which includes the Renga and KOMPAS-3D design systems, the Pilot-BIM common data environment. The center will be attended by NGASU teachers who have passed training and certification in working with software products.
