"NMHTs of N.I. Pirogov" automated management of administrative activity

On September 20, 2017 the Parus company announced system implementation of management of administrative activity based on software "PARUS-the Budget 8" in Federal State Budgetary Institution NMHTs im. N. I. Pirogova of the Russian Ministry of Health.

Project Results

On the platform PARUS are automated:

• accounting and personnel records,
• payroll using KPI within the effective contract,
• accounting of contracts,
  • their execution,

• purchase planning,
• inventory management
• inventory control,
• management of maintenance and repairs,
• accounting of food.

In a system account of standards of medicines in medical divisions and drugstore of a hospital for quality improvement of planning of provision of medicines is kept.

The problem of automatic distribution of actual costs is solved, helping to analyze efficiency of the main divisions.

Owing to integration of software "PARUS" with a medical information system the principle of single data entry and their repeated use is implemented, the efficiency of interaction between divisions is increased. From MIS in PARUS the invoices for payment of medical services, data on an expense and a remaining balance of medicines and medical products, on labor costs of medical personnel which are made out patients which then in software "PARUS" are used at payroll, monitoring of the movement and purchase planning of medicines are unloaded. From PARUS documents on acceptance and dismissal of employees, the movement and a remaining balance of medicines in drugstore of a hospital online come to MIS.

Data exchange with federal registers of health workers and the medical organizations, the website zakupki.gov.ru, the automated system of Federal Treasury (ASFT) is organized.

are included Into structure of the Center not only medical, but also scientific and educational and infrastructure divisions, for example, a garage, warehouse economy, the dining room, buffet, hotel. At automation we consider features of activity of all structural units of the Center, actively using a special development tool of PARUS — "The designer of industry expansions". In particular, the module "Management of Maintenance and Repairs" is adapted for tasks of the medical organization. With its help the chief engineer can monitor actually made repairs on each item of equipment, plan purchases for the TO organization and repairs of the medical equipment for the next year.
