Neftekhimprompovolzhye includes control facilities of fuel and lubricants on transport

On June 5, 2014 the company announced the First BIT implementation in vehicle fleet of OOO "Neftekhimprompovolzhye" of navigation equipment and equipment of transport a System SCOUT.

Project Tasks

Neftekhimprompovolzhye operates in business in the extensive territory, using transport and a large amount of fuel. The instrument of control of location of the equipment and the spent fuel is necessary for increase in efficiency of the company: both during the movement, and in the course of work on objects. After comparison of navigation equipment of several producers, the company management made the decision to equip transport with a System SCOUT.

Project Progress

System implementation is implemented by The First BIT Samara company. Works on equipment installation and the software began in April, and in May equipped more than 30 pieces of equipment: cargo and cars, special equipment, diesel power stations.

All machines are equipped with modules of monitoring MT-600 and fuel level sensors. For control of transport and data analysis of monitoring it is set to software SCOUT Explorer 3.5, five dispatching places are organized.

Project Results

As a result of system implementation of satellite monitoring, control of movement of transport and operation of the equipment on remote objects reached new level. The Neftekhimprompovolzhye company had an opportunity to analyze fuel consumption when conducting works, in general costs for fuel and lubricants were reduced by 35%. For June 5, 2014 use of a system helps to stop cases of theft and incomplete fillings of fuel, to exclude the "left" runs, to control transport operating time.

"For us it is really large-scale project on equipping of large vehicle fleet. Almost it was necessary to install fuel sensors on all cars, and on the vast majority of machines installation of devices on two tanks was required at once. Vehicles of the client work in the different modes therefore it was important to fix also this information. All these problems are solved with the help of the equipment and the software SCOUT. From us it was required to make high-quality installation and setup of the equipment competently to use all systems capabilities. And we coped with the task successfully", - Pavel Prokayev, the project manager, " noted the First BIT Samara".

During 2014 "the First BIT Samara" will continue equipment by a system SCOUT of transport of Neftekhimprompovolzhye LLC - more than 100 pieces of equipment will be connected to a system.
