Since 1995, TF Nicole has held high positions in the auto component market in Russia. The company's portfolio for February 2025 includes such trademarks as: Lada Image, Belmag, AkTech, Track, Fenox, Luzar, Yokohama, Dunlop, Viatti and many others.

The system from AXELOT replaced the previous one as part of the IT landscape modernization project. Simultaneously with the introduction of AXELOT WMS in Nicole, the corporate information system was also replaced.

The warehouse area in Omsk is 20,000  square meters, the range of stored products reaches more than 100,000  SKU.

Implementation of the system allowed:

• Improve the accuracy of warehouse operations
• More efficient use of storage areas
• Record all actions of warehouse workers and operators in the warehouse management system
• track the history of trade in the warehouse.

AXELOT WMS makes sure that every battery shipped to order is charged. This excludes the delivery of products of inadequate quality to customers. The system determines the battery charge based on the established terms and actually performed service work.

Within the warehouse, there are separate areas, the selection of which is carried out only in the cross-section of the boxes. Each of them has its own unique number, according to which the shipment of a specific box to the client is recorded. The use of unique labels eliminates errors in the assembly of orders and ensures complete transparency of the movement of goods. Strict control of shipping order and priority.

Only after completing one task, you can take on the next. This rigor minimizes errors and optimizes processes. For example, several shipping orders may have the same or different priority of loading into a vehicle within a flight. WMS monitors to:

• First of all, orders with high priority were shipped;
• Tasks for the next shipment order were not issued until the tasks for the previous one were completed.

AXELOT WMS implements an algorithm that allows you to determine the processing sequence depending on various criteria and their combination. This tool allows you to expand the service levels available to customers.

When determining the priority, the system also takes into account the characteristics of the destination address and the planned delivery method. Orders with self-pickup have the highest priority. Different labels for different countries and delivery methods.

The system allows you to print unique labels for each storage location, depending on the country and method of delivery, eliminating confusion and speeding up processes, which is especially important for international shipments.

Control of warehouse machinery engine hours. At the beginning of work on warehouse equipment, information on the current indicators of engine hours is requested. The data obtained are recorded in registers and help to plan and control the maintenance.

The AXELOT WMS system was integrated with the new corporate information system of TF "Nicole," to configure the exchange, the project team used an integration solution based on DATAREON Platform. Integration made it possible to realize the continuity of business processes in which both systems are involved. For example, purchasing control from a supplier: the document "Purchase of Goods and Services" is uploaded from the CIS, and planned batch information is filled out based on data received from the WMS based on the results of acceptance.

The more functional and efficient AXELOT WMS system made it possible to improve the quality and convenience of logistics management. Warehouse management now has the opportunity to receive in-depth analytics on current processes, monitor the load of warehouse employees and the quality of their work, and promptly respond to any business needs.
