As a result of cooperation, 60 robots have already been commissioned as of April 2021. Subsequently, the company began to develop robots to solve more complex issues, for example, to interact with suppliers (procurement and supply) and automate part of the functions of the security service, as well as to help in the processing of applications for personal protective equipment for production. Norilsk Nickel continues to actively develop the direction: in the first three months of 2021, RPA decisions performed another 142 thousand operations - this is 3,325 people and almost a quarter of last year's result.
