OKATA LLC sells automotive equipment from European manufacturers: van locks, truck gate loops, bar locks, rigging rails and much more.

To automate regulated and operational accounting, the company used 1C software products. To cover all accounting areas and work effectively with each customer, there was not enough CRM system.

Through the implementation of CRM, the company's management planned to improve sales management business processes, ensure strict compliance with order deadlines, introduce personal responsibility for managers for work, and strengthen management control.
