In IT structure of company UK "PS Group" purchases 2 thousand licenses of anti-virus solution

The Softline company completed an implementation project of the product Kaspersky Business Space Security in IT structure of PS Group management company, the press service of integrator reported on November 26, 2012.

Project backlog

Earlier software product used in UK PS GROUP for protection against viruses, the Trojan programs and other computer threats ceased to meet the increased security requirements, and the company management made the decision on software implementation of Kaspersky Lab. As the contractor the Softline company is selected.

The solution which is widely applied around the world reliably protects file servers, workstations, notebooks and smartphones, ensuring safety of corporate network of any company", – Vladimir Nasikan, the head of department of work with large corporate clients of Softline company emphasized.

"Earlier anti-virus products used by us could not provide the due security level of external and internal communications therefore the decision on transition to a new product was made. Implementation of Kaspersky Business Space Security became a logical step on the way to creation of a system of complex security of the organization. Despite our concerns connected with transition to this product, and the difficulties arising in the course of implementation we are happy with the level of protection of our system now. Thanks to our partner, Softline company, transition to the version of an antivirus, uniform on all organization, is executed, the controllability and protection of IT infrastructure is improved", – Anton Karzhavin, the head of information security of UK "PS GROUP" told.

Result

In a project deliverable two thousand jobs at office, in warehouses and in network of perfumery shops "Rive Gauche" (is a part of UK "PS Group") are protected from a number of computer threats, the controllability of IT infrastructure of the company increased.
