2023: Introduction of a domestic LEAD MES production management system and warehouse automation with LEAD WMS
LogistiX On June 23, 2023, the Group of Companies announced the completion of two parallel projects on to import substitution foreign software at JSC "" (Packaging systems formerly a the Russian division), as Tetra Pak a result of which production domestic a production management system was introduced at enterprises in an extremely short time, and the warehouse was LEAD MES automated at production. LEAD WMS
The project of replacing foreign systems with domestic LEAD WMS and LEAD MES, implemented in a record two months, made it possible to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the factory for the production of cardboard packaging for drinks and dairy products of Packaging Systems JSC.
Packaging Systems, an important element of the country's food security, required localizing software for stable factory operation as soon as possible.
LogistiX Group undertook to perform the work within the specified time frame. As a result, two automation projects were implemented in parallel.
To meet the indicated time frame, the projects were decomposed into parts, organizing work in several "cascades" according to the LogistiX method. The complexity of the project was that at the time of its start there was no technical documentation describing the structures of data exchange with equipment. Thus, it was necessary to restore the logic of equipment operation and, in close cooperation of teams, to form from scratch a holistic picture of business processes of the production cycle, said Dmitry Blinov, director of the Packaging Systems factory.

In some cases, the technology has been optimized by providing appropriate tools and solutions for it. Thus, the fulfillment of production orders at all areas and stages of the production cycle was automated - from processing raw materials to receiving finished products, integration with the technological equipment of the production line was carried out.
At the same time, LogistiX automated the warehouse of raw materials and finished products in production with an area of 7200 square meters, introducing the LEAD WMS system. During the project, the solution was integrated with the customer's ERP and the key circuits of the warehouse were automated: fully automated acceptance from production was implemented, smart algorithms for stacking paper and pallet rolls were introduced, inventory and in-house movement processes were automated.
The timely implementation of software solutions from LogistiX helped Packaging Systems ensure the continuity of the process flow from the production of raw materials to the release of finished products and shipment to partners. At the warehouse, 100% capacity was reached in three weeks, said Dmitry Blinov, Managing Director of LogistiX Group of Companies.
