2022: Delivery of computer and copy-and-print equipment using X-Com
On February 17, 2023, the X-Com group of companies announced the completion of a large-scale project to organize jobs for employees of the Paramilitary Mine Rescue Detachments (VSSO) of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Paramilitary Mine Rescue Unit" (FSUE "VSCH").
Within the framework of the project, it was required to equip dozens of workplaces of specialists from the All-Russian State South Security Service and, Center as well as the All-Russian State Security Service Urals computers and equipment copiedprinting. X-Com specialists have studied the requirements software for the hardware of computers used in workflows. An analysis of the structure of the document flow of enterprises was also carried out, including monthly volumes of color and black and white printing. As a result, recommendations were developed for the organization of workplaces, typified depending on the tasks performed by the personnel, and technical specifications of the necessary equipment were compiled.
The project uses computers of its own productions X-Com complete with 27 Philips 'monitors. This made it possible to ensure their accurate compliance with the requirements of specialists of various profiles and the best price/performance ratio. A number of jobs included personal and network printers and MFPs, and Ricoh. HP All Xerox workplaces are integrated information in enterprise systems are configured according to the current ones. Under information security policies the service contract, X-Com provides workplace service and customer technical support.
X-Com became the contractor of the project as a result of winning an open competition in which system integrators and large manufacturers of computer equipment participated. When considering competitive applications, along with the quotation, the experience of candidates in the implementation of similar projects was assessed. The winner was X-Com, which offered the best conditions for the supply of equipment and the performance of work.
