On July 23, 2015 the NPO Analitika company announced product introduction of wireless analytics of Retail Instruments for studying of behavior of buyers in PETIT BATEAU network.

Project Tasks

Opening of boutique Petit Bateau in the Central Children's Shop on Lubyanka was an incitement to a research of consumer behavior.

The management of retail network analyzes data on traffic, keeps track of efficiency of personnel, works on operational efficiency of shops. New option of data acquisition about behavior of visitors in and outside shop - a product of a class of wireless analytics "Retail Instruments".

A system will recognize and remembers unique identifiers of each phone equipped with the Wi-Fi-module, and on the basis of collected statistics provides different trend reports in behavior of the visitors who got to a zone of measurement, the recommendation about improvement of the existing business processes of the retailer. Monitoring allows to see a share come into shop concerning all flow of the people going by, the time spent in shop, the loyalty expressed in the frequency and prescription of visits, and about 20 additional parameters reflecting both characteristics of behavior in outlets and information on a flow of people out of salon.
