"The plant of instrument bearings" implements the system of release of engineering documentation

On October 14, 2013 the IT-Consult group completed the project on development of a specialized system of release of engineering documentation for Plant of Instrument Bearings LLC on the software Compas-Grafik platform.

Project Task

As work benches of design designers of the plant use the Compas-Grafik system. At production of bearings, on each unit of production operational drawings and sketches were again created. Need of increase in production efficiency demanded considerable acceleration of design processes and release of design-technology documentation. The plant's management set the task to increase performance of project works, in particular, due to development of a specialized CAD.

One of such programs is focused on automation of release of operational drawings of bearings. Its development was charged to specialists ASCON-Samara.

Project Progress

The project is begun in June and is complete in August, 2013.

Project Results

The received solution is intended for creation of the operational drawing where all operational sizes on each technology transaction and also formations of a packet of sketches on each mechanical transaction contain.

The program is developed as the annex to the Compas-Grafik V14 system, standard means of API of KOMPAS. Initial data - Excel file containing the calculated operational sizes, the model of the operational drawing, a set of templates of sketches. The ready operational drawing created by the program has complete structure of the sizes of a part for the set transaction, the required text of technical requirements, the filled stamp. Sketches of separate transactions automatically are located in operational cards.
