Content

On March 20, 2017 the Diebold Nixdorf company announced recycling to Post Bank the project of delivery of 3.2 thousand devices of self-service with function. Services of installation and technical maintenance of the equipment are provided by Diebold Nixdorf and Terminal Plus company.

Project Tasks

ATMs with function of the closed turnover of cash - a basis of an operational model of Post Bank. It provides failure from classical cash desks, and all settlement transactions, including issue, repayment of the credits and opening of deposits, clients can execute[1] by means of ATMs[1].

Project Results

In 2015 Post Bank transferred network of devices of self-service to machines of this kind.

The quality of operation of Diebold Nixdorf ATMs and service of the supplier allows us to lower operating costs and facilitates development of network in small localities and in remote territories of Russia.

For preventive actions the ProView system providing remote control and monitoring of ATMs in the round-the-clock mode is used. It allows to eliminate a part of failures without departure of the engineer.
