The international service provider Orange Business Services announced in July, 2017 the conclusion of long-term partnership with Ensi group on providing all necessary telecom services, service of telecom infrastructure and implementing solution of unified communications on service model.
Prerequisites
Because of a considerable geographically-distributed structure of offices of Ensi holding of telecom service in the cities of presence were different telecom operators. It made impossible ensuring homogeneous quality of provision of services, required considerable investments in equipment procurement, complicated budget planning. For concentration on core business — provision of services of engineering, system integration, automation of technology processes and production, development, implementation and support of software solutions according to world practices — the management of Ensi Group set the task to make expenses on infrastructure more transparent and to select uniform service provider.
Project Progress
Orange offered "Ensi" service of cloud telephony, VPN and LAN connection. Also at all offices the cloud system of unified communications based on the solution Cisco Call Manager is implemented. At the same time the client should not purchase, manage and service independently the expensive equipment — it is provided as a part of service. The centralized control system of solutions is located on a cloud platform of Orange in data center of IXcellerate, is supported and serviced in the round-the-clock mode.
Deployment of solutions in Ensi Group was performed step by step, in the mode of "fast start".
Project Results
The first users could work in network in a month after a project startup. As of July, 2017 the managed network integrates three large offices and a half of employees of the customer. In the near future it is going to scale it on all offices of holding.
