DIT of Moscow signed a contract for the purchase of 3 thousand. MFPs, scanners and printers for 532.3 million rubles

Moscow Department of Information Technology (DIT) signed a contract for the supply of about 3 thousand printing devices with a total value of ₽532,3 million. The agreement was concluded on August 21, 2024 with LLC, "Polaris" which became the only participant in the tender announced back in July 2024.

According to Cnews, the purchase includes multifunctional devices (MFPs), printers, scanners and plotters from various manufacturers. Among the purchased equipment are 691 MFPs of the Chinese company Sindoh worth from ₽255 to ₽559 thousand per unit, one printer of the Japanese company Epson for ₽111 thousand, two plotters of the American HP for ₽694 thousand each and 184 scanners of the Taiwanese Avision, of which 183 devices at a price of ₽34 thousand and one for ₽344 thousand.

The list of purchased equipment also includes domestic equipment. DIT of Moscow acquires 1092 MFPs of the Russian manufacturer Katyusha worth from ₽130 to ₽402 thousand apiece, as well as 934 printers of the same brand for a total amount of about ₽90 million.

According to the terms of reference, all purchased equipment must be installed within two months from the date of signing the contract. Funds for the purchase of equipment were allocated from the city budget of Moscow.

The Polaris company, selected for the execution of the contract, has experience in cooperation with Moscow departments in the supply of printing equipment. In 2023, the company signed several contracts with DIT of Moscow, GKU "Information City" and "Information and Analytical Center in the field of health care in Moscow."

This purchase is part of a program to update the fleet of printing equipment in the capital's state institutions. The use of modern equipment will increase the efficiency of employees and the quality of services provided to the population.[1]
