On October 27, 2016 the Navicon company announced automation of work of field staff of Promo-Med pharmaceutical company.
Project Tasks
The management of "Promo-Med" set for the system integrator the task of creation of an end-to-end system of interaction management with clients, automation of marketing and sales, control of work of field employees in all regions of presence of the company. The mobile tool for work with clients out of office was required for employees.
Project Progress
Specialists of the contractor developed the complete solution on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 platform for project implementation. The main functionality is created by means of an industry CRM system for pharmaceutics of Navicon Pharma CRM and the solution Resco mobile CRM. Specialists of integrator carried out migration of client data from the implemented SalesOut system – IT solutions for data scrubbing about secondary sales.
Project Results
Navicon system integrator completed the project on automation of work of removed personnel of pharmaceutical company "Promo-Med". Complex IT solution is based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 platform and provides maintaining the customer base and also automation and control of work of field employees.
The implemented system gives the chance to obtain information on the history of customer interaction, to trace the key marketing indicators and to control employees in regions.
Because of wide geography of presence of the company in the market of Russia we needed the convenient and effective marketing tool for centralized operation by customer relations and automation of work of regional representatives. The Navicon system integrator implemented a set of similar projects in the pharmaceutical industry and well understands features of business of pharmaceutical companies — it defined the choice of the contractor. Besides, in "Promo-Med" the solution Navicon SalesOut automating loading processes, cleanings and systematization of data on secondary sales is already used and we needed to provide its interaction with a new information system. The project is implemented in a short time that allowed us to begin use of a new solution quickly. |
For October 26, 2016 a system is used by 90 employees and area managers of "Promo-Med" across all Russia.
It is the first project within which integration of two of our shrink-wrapped software products — Navicon Pharma CRM and Navicon SalesOut is provided. This experience will be demanded by many pharmaceutical companies in Russia as the key need for automation for a pharma is connected with processes of marketing and promotion today, mobility of employees, job analysis of secondary sales channels of medications – distributors and pharmacy chains, an opportunity to affect efficiency of these sales. Therefore in the next years the pharmaceutical companies will pay special attention to automation of these processes by means of lungs and quickly implemented solutions, mainly in a cloud. |
