The company supplies more than 2,000 groups of goods for dentistry and medicine to the Russian market and to neighboring countries: disinfectants and personal protective equipment, tools, consumables for therapy, orthodontics, orthopedics and surgery. Proteko wholesale warehouses operate in different cities of the Russian Federation, providing stable supplies of goods to all regions of the country.

Proteko Group of Companies appealed to Scanport with a request to automate the accounting of the movement of goods in three main warehouses - To Moscow in (with an area of ​ ​ 1000 square meters), St. Petersburg in (with an area of ​ ​ 1500 square meters) and in (Novosibirsk with an area of ​ ​ 300 square meters). At the request of the customer, it was necessary to organize an address storage system, automate the accounting of the movement of goods using bar coding technology and mobile collection devices, data simplify the control of the shelf life of products and reduce the volume of re-sorting. The main customer requirement is correct for integration software data collection terminals with a system already running in the enterprise 1C and simple configuration under the business processes customer.

Scanport specialists integrated the mobile application with the customer's account system, set up data exchange and trained employees to work with equipment and software.

The tasks set by the customer have been completed. A unified management system was created at three warehouses of Proteko Group of Companies, which made it possible to organize an address storage system, organize serial accounting and establish shelf life control during shipment of products. The use of Chainway C61 data collection terminals with the DataMobile mobile app has helped simplify and speed up day-to-day warehousing operations, reduce the workload on staff, and improve the accuracy of commodity metering.
