2020: Completion of installation of equipment for automatic gas station in Almaty

On October 14, 2020 the Salles LLC company entering into SKON group of companies announced completion of installation of equipment for automatic gas station in Almaty. The company reconstructed traditional gas station, having made it the first completely digital station in Kazakhstan working in the mode of total absence of personnel under the Qazaq Oil brand.

According to the company, gas station allows to minimize the risks connected with spread of COVID-19 virus as excludes queues and communication of clients of gas station with the cashier. According to industry statistics, on average through one classical gas station with the cashier daily there pass 400-1000 people that increases risks of infection.

Payment is made on the self-service terminal which takes different types of payments: cash, bank and fuel cards Google Pay Apple Pay Samsung Pay. Also payment at this gas station is possible with the help mobile application BENZUBER and QR codes located directly on a column.

The mechanics of gas station is rather simple. The user comes to gas station, on the self-service terminal selects number of a column and a type of fuel, independently inserts a filling gun into the gasoline tank, then enters fuel quantity in liters or the amount of tenge and makes payment transaction. After that a system automatically includes a fuel-dispensing column and releases necessary fuel quantity without participation of the cashier and the operator. At gas station modern sensors of quality control of fuel and electronic accounting systems are installed that excludes a hypothetical possibility of an incomplete filling of gasoline.

The automatic refueling station is expected work in the round-the-clock mode. Its service is performed through a remote dispatcher station. The organization of work of completely digital gas station does not require presence of personnel on it. Collection is performed by bank as required. Standards for the organization of the sanitary protection zone and development of special specifications at determination of fire-prevention distances are significantly simplified. The digital gas station does not require ensuring heat and water supply. The cost of sale of liter of gasoline at digital Automatic gas station (AAZS) can be lower than at traditional gas stations the account of cost reduction to 60% in comparison with normal gas station. At the same time construction and commissioning of a traditional refueling complex is at 4-10 times more expensive and makes from 40 to 100 million rubles.
