The Qiwi was replaced by EDMS

On January 25, 2017 it became known of replacement of a technology platform of EDMS in Qiwi company.

Replacement of EDMS. What was not enough?

There was a working EDMS successfully executing a role of "classical' document flow. But there was not enough much.

Project Tasks

Earlier in Qiwi worked EDMS WSS Docs, it executed a role of classical document flow. In a system more than one thousand users worked, the number of simultaneous connections reached three hundred. In parallel, for task management of approval of documents, the tracker was used Jira.

At a certain stage classical document flow ceased to satisfy the company, first of all due to the lack of integration with the accounting system. It caused double approvals — at first the agreement, then payments under it. Many processes were broken off: it was necessary to bring, for example, previously the new supplier to CRM, then to pass into EDMS to approve the agreement, and only after that to reflect it in the accounting system as the finance document^[1].

Decided to change EDMS entirely. As EDMS selected "1C: Document Flow".

Project Results

• With implementation of EDMS began to measure indicators of processes under agreements. Integration works with the accounting system of 1C: — at approval of the agreement the budget is visible. It yielded result: restrictions on the amount became clear.
• In IT service Jira, but only for internal tasks of division is used to monitor accomplishment of SLA, other processes went to the system of 1C.
• Any employee can be connected to the mobile client. Many processes accelerated.
