Activity of Academy of Gnesiny is automated on Parus

On December 18, 2018 the Parus company reported that in "Gnessin Russian Academy of Music" based on software "Parus — the Budget 8" the unified information system for management of educational and financial and economic activity is created. Formation of an electronic portfolio of the student is implemented.

According to the company, in university work of selection committee with data transmission in FIS SFE is automated. Arriving can file documents via the website of Academy using "A web office of the entrant". In a system the accounting of the movement of the student's contingent, accounting of progress on an intermediate and final state assessment, calculation of volumes of study of departments and formation of optimal curricula is carried out. Also account of contractual relations and financial transactions with students is kept.

Students can trace all personal information on educational process through "The student's web office", create an electronic portfolio and provide access to it to interested persons.

Specialists of management of accounting and financial control had an opportunity to work quickly with an agreement base, to predict charges and payment on each student, to obtain statistical financial information.

Interaction with the AIS FBS USE for reconciliation of information on certificates of the USE is provided. Work of secretaries, methodologists of dean's offices, selection committee is organized using Web technologies.

Complex automation of educational process of organization allows the management of Academy to obtain quickly information on the movement of the student's contingent, to do statistical selections and reports and to create summary reports in VPO-1 and Open Source-1 form for the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
