The Far Eastern retail chain Remi accelerated the cash desks by 11.5% - and is fully ready for the New Year's loads. Crystal Service Integration (CSI, Crystal Service Integration) announced this on December 8, 2022.
The increase in the speed of customer service was the result of the transition retailer to another cash register ON in November 2022. The intuitive interface and hotkey sets minimize errors and speed up cashiers. This allowed to increase the capacity of stores and reduce queues. - IT the department retailer in a team with CSI analysts integrator carried out measurements of the speed of the cash registers - on the example of processing checks from 10 positions. With the transition to the cash system Set Retail , an acceleration of cash operations by 11.5% was recorded.
With the acceleration of cash registers, we also expect an increase in store profitability: after integrating this software solution, more customers pass through the cash desks at the same time. At the same time, the payback of investments in updating the entire system will take about a month, noted Alexander Osadchy, Director of Information Technologies and Automated Systems of the Remi TS.
