Oil and gas equipment manufacturer RNG - Engineering received a grant of 119 million rubles to create a platform to replace Siemens, SAP and Oracle software

At the end of May 2025, the Government of the Russian Federation resumed the issuance of grants for projects of industrial competence centers (ICC). Among them was the project of the manufacturer of industrial equipment "RNG - Engineering," for which a grant of 119 million rubles is provided.

According to TAdviser in the office of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Grigorenko, within the framework of this project, a cross-class (APS-MES, SCM, PDM) platform is being created that synchronizes the planning and execution of heterogeneous areas of enterprise management and cooperative supply chains. It is assumed that the system will allow you to manage all information about the production of the product in digital form. Inside it it will be possible to form the technological composition of products, manage the execution of production, supply chains, as well as predict the level of demand and reserves.

The solution developed as part of our project will completely replace foreign software such as Siemens Teamcenter, SAP and Oracle, which will help Russian industries learn from our experience and be more independent and efficient, RNG-Engineering said in a statement.

RNG-Engineering expects that the new solution will provide a projected increase in labor productivity by 15-20%, will reduce order times (up to 50%) and a shortage of personnel due to process automation. The projected revenue growth of industrial enterprises is 10-50%. The development of this system by order of RNG-Engineering LLC is Rightstep.
