Trading house "Radian" connected to the cloud platform to create the B2B online store Sellty. Sellty (Celty) announced this on December 21, 2023. Thanks to this, the company fully automated work with corporate clients. As a result of the project, the burden on B2B sales managers has significantly decreased, and the process of placing orders during peak periods has decreased from several working hours to several minutes.

TD "Radian" specializes in the sale of batteries, oils and auto chemistry in Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Bashkortostan, Perm Territory and Chuvashia. The main business area of ​ ​ Radian is the sale of goods for the B2B segment. The company has more than 2,000 partners, including wholesale and retail stores, motor transport, industrial, production and agricultural enterprises.

The number of B2B clients of TD "Radian" is constantly growing, and the burden on sales managers is increasing. Previously, in peak seasons, manual ordering could take up to a few working hours. To avoid delaying deadlines, errors and lost orders, the company began to automate the B2B direction. Thus, the company decided to introduce a B2B portal to increase transparency and speed up interaction with customers.

They decided to deploy the B2B portal using the Sellty platform. This is a domestic cloud service that helps launch Internet sales in just a few hours, without attracting programmers and without capital investments. Users can independently create a storefront and start managing online sales on a single window basis.

Sellty provides ready-made connectors to popular accounting systems - this has become the main criterion in favor of the platform. Thanks to integration with 1C, all orders made on the B2B portal are automatically displayed in the accounting system. Managers do not need to switch between windows and business applications as they work.

According to the results of the project, clients of TD "Radian" have the opportunity to place an order at any time - now it takes a few minutes. In turn, the company's employees received a convenient tool for transparent work with customers. The burden on sales managers has decreased, and the company's management can be sure that not a single order will be lost even during the peak season.
