2019: Installation of 36 management systems for queue
On April 8, 2019 MTG company. Announced business solutions carrying out the next stage of the project on equipping of offices of bank management systems for queue and also installed the information R-Connect self-service kiosks.
At this stage 36 systems in the cities were installed: Volgograd, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kazan, Moscow and Moscow region, Nizhny Novgorod, Novorossiysk, Novosibirsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg, Smolensk, Sochi, Tyumen, Ufa.
Especially for bank programmers of the company develop the software modules supplementing functionality of an electronic queue. The software for information booths allowed to unload operators in cases when the part of advice can be got via the self-service terminal. In addition on information booths it is possible to come into a personal account of R-Connect (Internet bank), to obtain information on accounts and cards, to register payments and other necessary actions. In cases when the flow of clients increases, and time draws in, the client can quickly resolve an issue by means of the booth.
This time the terminal model with screen diagonal 24 inches was used. It played a big role in increase in availability of services of bank to visually impaired people. The software passes with a one click of the button on the screen into the special mode. In the interface increase in fonts is used that allows to make out better texts of offers of bank and the button of navigation of the menu of the terminal.
2014: Choice of the solution and supplier
According to the results of the tender which took place in Raiffeisenbank at the choice of the system provider of queue management the solution proposed by the company "MTG. Business solutions", were recognized the best among similar solutions of competitors.
The plans of bank were installation and start of 55 systems about New year, and the company "MTG. Business solutions" coped with this task. According to the results of efficiency evaluation of the implemented project was made and further steps on development of functionality of an e-queue system Maxim are developed.
