Ravenol Russland uses AXELOT TMS to manage intra-city transportation and keep records of its own transport fleet and repairs. Axelot (Axelot) announced this on July 4, 2024.

Ravenol Russland is the representative office of the German company RAVENOL in Russia and has established itself as a leading supplier of high-quality lubricants based on polyalphaolefins and its own patented technologies USVO and CleanCynto for cars and special equipment, including for their operation in difficult conditions.

Transport logistics is a competitive quality that allows you to quickly deliver goods to customers and ensure a high level of service. Therefore, Ravenol Russland is interested in its development and, together with AXELOT, implemented the AXELOT TMS implementation project to automate the management of transport fleet and cargo transportation in order to reduce labor costs for route planning and optimize logistics business processes in general.

Thanks to the implementation of AXELOT TMS, the management of delivery of goods to customers using own and hired vehicles is automated. Routes are built using AXELOT Maps. The performance of flights is monitored using a mobile client in which drivers work, as well as from the automated workplace of the logician.

AXELOT TMS keeps records of own vehicles, monitors their condition, repairs, as well as keeps records of units and spare parts, which made it possible to optimize the working hours of responsible specialists.

In parallel with the introduction of AXELOT TMS in Ravenol Russland, AXELOT WMS was implemented. The implementation was carried out by different project teams. Both AXELOT software products aim to ensure transparency and detail of business processes through a single platform approach to application architecture and the closest possible interaction of components when solving end-to-end problems. The interaction of AXELOT WMS and AXELOT TMS systems should contribute to the coordinated work of the warehouse and the transport department and ensure control over the fulfillment of each order with details of its movements in real time. The interaction of the systems is also provided by the company's programmers.
