RAVENOL automates warehouse logistics along with AXELOT, which reported this on September 11, 2024.

Ravenol Russland is the representative office of the German company RAVENOL in Russia and has established itself as a supplier of high-quality lubricants materials based on polyalphaolefins and proprietary patented USVO technologies and CleanCynto for cars and special equipment, including for operating them in difficult conditions.

Thanks to the implementation of AXELOT WMS, the company was able to transfer warehouse management tasks logistics from the management system into a separate specialized solution, as well as higher efficiency of warehouse processes. AXELOT WMS Implementation Pilot took place at the Moscow warehouse complex of Ravenol Russland.

Was used to automate shipment of goods to orders within the project AXELOT WMS functionality to implement the sorting process with packing. In the process, after fixing the type of conduit in which the goods were packed, labels are printed for each cargo item. Codes for them come in advance along with shipping plans.

AXELOT WMS allows you to take into account lots of goods. The system also implements functionality of KIPV accounting, automatic write-off of corrugated boxes is configured. In parallel with the implementation of the WMS system, a separate project team was engaged in the implementation of AXELOT TMS. The integration solution that combined all solutions into a single loop was developed by AXELOT specialists based on DATAREON Platform.

As a result of the AXELOT WMS implementation project, Ravenol Russland received universal tools for analyzing and monitoring the work of warehouse personnel in real time, for the collection of analytics for a certain period in various sections, and was also able to increase quality of logistics management.
