2026: Delta BI Implementation
Renna Group has completed the implementation of the Delta BI business analytics system. The solution made it possible to completely eliminate manual labor when consolidating data, reduce the time for preparing regular reporting, and also get a tool to support management decision-making. The product is used by 135 company employees who can customize reports themselves thanks to the low-code approach. Navicon (Navicon) announced this on February 2, 2026.
Renna Group of Companies is one of the leaders in the dairy market in the country. She owns such brands as Korovka from Korenovka, Alekseevskoye, Korenovochka and others. The group of companies carries out full-scale digitalization at all levels and in all areas of activity, from production lines to the administrative and economic block. Implementing an import-independent BI system is part of this global process.
For the Renna group of companies, it was important with the help of BI not only to fully automate reporting and get away from manual labor in the process of data consolidation, but also to offer managers a convenient tool to support management decisions. That is why the Delta BI platform was chosen, which is able to work with large arrays data without loss in the quality and timing of processing. It also provides great visualization capabilities and is built on the principle of self-service. Thanks to this approach, Renna employees will be able to independently form and configure reports, do not depend on programmers and close all requests in a short time.
In addition, Delta BI fully complies with the focus of the group of companies on technological independence from foreign software. This is critical to the strategic sustainability and reliability of the business. The Delta BI platform is a flexible and understandable solution that is not inferior to imported counterparts in terms of functionality and has an interface familiar to business users.
During the project, an analytical system was deployed, which is used by 135 employees from sales and analytics departments. The tool is also intended for use by TOP management. Users have received a tool for collecting data and generating reporting, which they can customize to their needs without involving technical specialists. At the same time, the system has a powerful table and graph designer that allows you to implement even complex reports, and a high speed of data processing - including through integration with ClickHouse.
As a result of the implementation of Delta BI in Rennes, the time for preparing regular reports was reduced, freeing up team resources for more important tasks. And the management, in turn, became available visual reports on margin profits.
