2023: Transition to KEDO

The RIV GOSH network switched to personnel electronic document management from VK, which announced this on September 18, 2023. Thanks to the implementation of VK HR Tek, it was possible to speed up personnel processes in the company: the time from application submission to approval of the document was reduced to five minutes.

As of September 2023, the RIV GOSH chain unites five thousand employees and more than 250 stores in all federal districts of the country. Paper document flow in a geodistributed business is ineffective: the exchange of copies can take several days and requires significant costs. To reduce personnel workflow costs and speed up processes, the company has converted document management to digital format. Now employees of the company can sign all major personnel documents online on the VK HR Tek platform.

We have just started using VK HR Tek, but we are already seeing results. For example, no more than five minutes now pass between applying for a vacation before preparing an order. We are also impressed by the opportunity to influence the development of the product by participating in product committees - meetings with developers that take place every quarter. VK customized the service for the tasks of RIV GOSH and integrated it with 1C so that employees were comfortable working with their usual tools. The solution made it possible to quickly translate personnel document management into a figure and increase the efficiency of processes from the first month of work. Automation minimizes the possibility of errors and helps comply with the requirements of legislation on the design and storage of documents.

For the company, the transfer of personnel document management into electronic form is not only convenient, but also economically profitable.
