On September 25, 2017 the IT-Consult company announced system implementation of cost accounting of products in the Romana company which is engaged in design and release of the sports gaming equipment and small architectural forms.
High requirements of customers and fast growth rate of the enterprise caused the need for the software allowing to make the automated and fast cost accounting of products. Employees jointly with specialists of ASCON Volga company developed IT-Consult for the solution of this task and implemented library of cost accounting of products for the three-dimensional modeling system "Compass-3D".
By a call of library the analysis of assembly is performed, materials, standard and purchased products are selected. Cost accounting is performed on the basis of the prices which undertake automatically from a 1C system. Besides, in cost accounting the complexity of construction is considered.
On a response of the customer, implementation of this library allowed the enterprise to calculate cost value of any product for only several seconds that allows to optimize customer service, quality and speed of development and production of products.
