Rosatom, together with the Center for Digital HR Technologies of Greenatom JSC and VK, digital technologies within the framework of the Employee's Personal Account project collected and automated all the main personnel processes of the State Corporation on one resource. The company "Greenatom" announced this on April 6, 2022. The service allows the company's employees to quickly and easily resolve personnel issues in automatic mode, freeing up time for important tasks.

You no longer need to spend several days on a business trip or physically sign an application for vacation with each manager, now the entire document flow is carried out in your personal account. The 30 most popular personnel processes have been digitally translated: coordination of personnel applications (reception, translation, change in payment conditions), vacations and business trips, the ability to quickly upload key personnel information about employees, an advance report and much more. The solution is also convenient for managers, it allows you to certify orders using an enhanced electronic signature and quickly upload all relevant information about the employee.

Personal Account is the first large project carried out by the Greenatom Center for Digital HR Technologies. The project team oversaw the whole process from idea to implementation at industry enterprises, the product team focused on analytics, backend development, integration and testing. VK digital specialists did a lot of work and completed the entire front-end development. In the technical part, the main challenge for us was the processing of the logic of the basic personnel accounting system, as well as integration with ERP systems of all enterprises and with 74 robots to form advance reports, - said Galina Bogatova, Director of the Center for Digital HR Technologies, business partner in HR products of Greenatom JSC.

All business and employee relationships are gradually becoming digital, and Rosatom was one of the first to implement a comprehensive solution in this area using the Service Agent module of the VK People Hub platform.
