The choice of the COMPASS system for control automation by personnel was performed at the end of 2004 according to the recommendation of the New Athena company implementing there TDMS together with which "COMPASS" had to work. Implementation of the first stage of the project took 11 months.
In implementation process of the project was a number of adaptations and settings which part entered industry bank solution are executed. Among them:
- automatic formation of personal accounts;
- procedure of closing of accounts;
- setup of routes of personnel document flow;
- access isolation on divisions in tabular forms;
- development of a subsystem of journalizing of events, etc.
In Rosevrobank Compass works together with the TDMS "New Athena". Communication is executed using software developed by IT department of bank.
The bank is serviced by means of online-access to base of control of incidents of KOMPAS company.
