At the facilities of Rosseti Volga, the Skype for Business solution was previously used for remote communication on work issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. Later, the company's management decided to switch to a domestic solution with its large-scale integration into the corporate infrastructure.

The TrueConf Enterprise software platform was deployed at Rosseti Volga facilities, on the basis of which a private communications cloud was launched for more than 5 thousand users. The cloud is used to hold regular meetings and work meetings, discuss urgent issues, train employees and take advanced training courses. Employees of the company participate in internal online calls and in remote meetings with external users - contractors, partners, representatives of other divisions of Rosseti and government departments.

Previously deployed communications systems from other manufacturers, which are used to conduct online events in meeting rooms, were connected to the cloud - this made it possible to preserve funds previously invested in the company's infrastructure.
