• promptly respond to the actions of competitors leading to imbalances in certain areas;
• create an individual proposal or a protective position for a specific carrier customer (demonstration of the negative consequences of refusal of the proposed cooperation conditions);
• identification of weak positions of competitors in atypical directions or types of transported goods.
