The management of Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics automates catering department using industry solution "BIT: Restaurant", the company contractor in The First BIT project reported on April 9, 2013.

Background

For convenience of entrants in the building of the university several points of a power supply are located. To increase the speed and service quality, the management of university made the decision to automate their accounting activity using special programs and an electronic retail store equipment.

The company "with 1C is involved in project implementation : The first BIT" which proposed to the customer industry solution of own development. The retail store equipment is supplied to addition: ForPOSt "Restaurant 15" POS system, fiscal registrar of the FPrint-22K CR, check Posiflex Aura-6800 printer.

Result

As a result of implementation of the program "BIT:APPETITE. The restaurant" is optimized accounting of key transactions. Process automation of calculation of dishes, inventories of stock remainders, drawing up the plan menu, report generation on sales considerably simplified work of personnel and gave opportunities for improvement of process of rendering services. Load of personnel decreased, it positively affected working capacity and loyalty to work, affected service quality.
