On June 8, 2022, the Russian Post announced the completion of the connection of the post office network: now it includes 4894 of its own and more than 2700 partner devices. This is one of the largest networks of automated points of issue in Russia.

The devices for the Post were produced in Russia at the enterprises of the Roselectronics holding of the Rostec State Corporation - Concern Automatics and the National Center for Informatization.

So far, only pre-paid parcels from Russian and foreign online stores can be received in post offices. By the end of 2022, the Mail will launch payment for shipments by card through the POS terminal.

Mail develops various formats of the "last mile" so that customers have the opportunity to receive parcels in the most comfortable way for them. It is convenient for someone to pick up parcels in the subway or supermarket, someone is used to going to the OPS or calling a courier at home. A developed network of post offices will allow us to unload branches and build a system in which the client can reach the place of receipt of the order in 10 minutes, - said Alexey Laptev, Deputy General Director for Operational Management and Retail of the Russian Post.
