Content

Korporativnye Sistemy Obucheniya Ltd completed the works on upgrade and expansion of functionality of a System of distance learning of FGUP Russian Post.

Task

For the purpose of ensuring preparation new and advanced trainings of the acting personnel, carrying out mass employee assessment in the different directions of their functional activity of FGUP Russian Post uses the system capability of distance learning (SDO) developed on a technology platform of TrainingWare.

SDO FGUP Russian Post is intended for automation and the organization of effective full-function distance learning of workers according to the educational strategy and models of the enterprise.

Solution

Within the project specialists of Korporativnye Sistemy Obucheniya Ltd created and integrated into SDO educational content on internal scopes of production processes, developed a management subsystem competences for SDO FGUP Russian Post.

Results of project implementation:

  • development of five electronic training courses (ETC), rendering consulting services in acquisition of custom educational content and integration into SDO;
  • completion of modules of management and reporting of a subsystem of model of competences of FGUP Russian Post, their setup and adaptation for control automation solving of tasks by competences of personnel at the Enterprise;
  • organization of service of technical and consulting support of specialists of group of operation of SDO FGUP Russian Post.
