In December, 2018 the project on implementation 1C: Document Flow of public institution in SPbSUT was implemented.

In 2017 the management of the university had a need for upgrade of the available system of budget accounting and payroll. For the purpose of selection of the reliable software the management of the university made detailed market research of services for budgetary institutions and the experienced supplier of the solution.

The decision on creation of an end-to-end system based on the software products "1C: Budget Institution Accounting", "was as a result made by 1C Parus: Salary and the personnel of public institution" and "1C: Document Flow", developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Project implementation was charged to the Omega company which became the winner of competitive actions and having the corresponding competences and also vast experience of the solution of similar problems of automation.

At the end of 2017 specialists of Omega company made preproject inspection during which optimal ways for successful implementation of the tasks were found. During implementation installation and setup of the software product and also data transfer from the previous accounting systems was carried out. The staff of the university underwent necessary training in work in the installed software products. A system was accepted in commercial operation.

The integrated system of budget accounting, payroll, personnel office-work and document management covering Management of planning, accounting, analysis and financial control, Management on work with personnel, the Management of logistics and structural divisions participating in the automated processes became a project deliverable.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Connection of the specialized equipment (for example, retail store equipment)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
  • Training in group at office of the customer
  • Training in group in an educational class of the partner of 1C
  • Installation and setup of the DBMS server
  • Installation and setup system and network software
  • Installation and setup of servers, workstations and peripheral equipment
  • Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution:
