Project Features
The module of declaring of the conflicts is intended for database maintenance of the conflicts between personal interests of workers and the interests of the company and also control documents on a procedure for counteraction to bribery and corruption and formations of the corresponding reporting.
- Acquaintance of the employee with each point of regulations on the general principles of activity of the company.
- Fixing of consent of the employee with points of regulations on the general principles of activity of the company. Only after the declaration the worker of consent with points of provision the declaration of a conflict of interest becomes available.
- Filling of data on a conflict of interest with the employee in the corresponding form.
- The conflict resolution of the conflict and process on counteraction to bribery and corruption (PVK) – approval of the form by higher heads.
- Mailing of notifications to concerned parties about change of the status of the conflict and reminders on need to process the document.
- Database maintenance on the registered conflicts of interest and reporting.
- A system has the bilingual interface – the Russian and English languages.
- A system is available to use to both the staff of the company, and the personnel provided by recruitment agencies and which do not have employee IDs in the SAP HCM system.
